Boarding and Grooming

Hudson Highlands Veterinary Medical Group offers general pet boarding at the Beacon office. Our assistants are trained to recognize changes in your pet’s appetite and attitude, and they work hard to keep pets clean and comfortable. We also board pets who have ongoing medical problems and who need medication and 24-hour observation at our Lime Kiln Road facility in Hopewell Junction. Reservations for boarding should be made well in advance, especially if around major holidays.

Reservations are necessary and we require the following vaccinations:

Canines: Bordatella, canine influenza, rabies, distemper, and parvovirus
Felines: Rabies, parvo, and distemper

We provide Science Diet Sensitive Stomach meals, but clients are welcome to bring their own food.

For more than 10 years Jose has lovingly cared for the boarding pets in the Beacon office, our boarding clients are confident leaving their pets in his capable hands. We are proud to announce that in 2019 he became a certified Fear Free Pet Groomer, a perfect fit for his gentle touch. You can contact the office to schedule a grooming appointment with Jose, please note your pet must be up to date on vaccines prior to scheduling.
